The Laboratory of Systems Metabolism

We are a group of young and fearless scientists who believe science is not only important, but also deeply fun. We genuinely enjoy what we do. Our lab is science-driven, and everyone is recognized as a scientist – not by hierarchical labels like PI, postdoc, student, or technician. 

We currently focus on metabolic systems biology, at the intersection of metabolism, genomics, and synthetic biology. Our research is highly interdisciplinary – integrating high-throughput experiments, computational modeling, and soon, AI. Over the next decade, our goal is to tackle some of the most fundamental questions in metabolism through the lens of systems biology.
